Pickup RequestFactory dismantling service
Factory dismantling is work that has to be planned: from machines and production lines to steel roofs and structures, from cable trays to transformers and panels.
We carry out the dismantling in line with occupational safety rules, with crane and machinery support, and sort and transport the scrap on site.
How is the price for factory dismantling set?
We see the site and estimate the material by tonnage and type. We present in writing the options of offsetting the dismantling cost against the material or buying the material separately. For tonnage material we issue a weighbridge ticket and purchase on invoice.
What do we dismantle?
Machines and production lines, steel structures and roofs, cable trays and power cables, transformers, panels and electric motors, compressed air and water pipework, warehouse racking and crane rails.
Planning
In plants where production partly continues, we split the dismantling into phases and separate working areas from the dismantling area. On completion the area is cleared and swept.
Where we work
We dismantle in industrial areas across the region, especially Atatürk OSB, Kemalpaşa, Torbalı, Aliağa and Menemen in Izmir; Manisa OSB and Turgutlu; Balıkesir, Bandırma and Biga. For large jobs we include crane and machinery support in the plan from the start.
