Pickup RequestScrap air conditioner buying
A broken air conditioner is often forgotten on a balcony or in storage. Yet the copper pipe, finned aluminium coil, compressor and fan motor in the outdoor unit each have value in recycling.
We collect your old air conditioner as a whole from your address and dismantle it at our facility. If outdoor units need to be taken down from the wall, our team comes along.
How is the price of a scrap air conditioner set?
Single units are usually priced by the piece, and bulk units by type and capacity. Large outdoor units, VRF systems and air handling units fetch more because of their copper and compressors. Incomplete units (compressor removed, pipes cut) are valued by the remaining material.
Do not dismantle it yourself
Opening the refrigerant line without authorisation is dangerous and releases refrigerant into the atmosphere. Taking an outdoor unit down from the wall means working at height. Leave this to our team; during removal we also collect the brackets and pipes left on the wall.
Bulk air conditioners in hotels, complexes and businesses
For bulk replacements in hotels, residential complexes and businesses we give a price per unit based on number and type and collect them in one go.
Which air conditioner scrap do we buy?
Wall-mounted splits, floor-standing and cassette units, VRF and multi-split outdoor units, rooftop units, air handling units, fan coils, chillers, and compressors, fan motors and coils removed from them. We also take units that do not work or have missing parts.
