Through the pickup request, contact and callback forms on our website we process your name, phone number and email address, the material and area, pickup address and approximate amount you state, the content of your message, and the page, date-time and IP address of the submission.

- Keeping records of requests and improving service quality,

Your data are collected electronically through the forms on our website and processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to the business partners providing our website hosting and email services, and to authorised public authorities upon request. When you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, the message is transmitted through WhatsApp. Your data are not shared with third parties for marketing.
