Pickup RequestHotel dismantling service
A large share of the material removed in hotel renovations is valuable metal: copper pipework, air conditioning and VRF systems, stainless kitchen equipment, aluminium frames, cables and electrical panels.
We do the dismantling with our own team, sort and transport the scrap on site and hand the area back swept clean.
How is the price for hotel dismantling set?
We first walk through the hotel together and estimate the material grade by grade. We then offer two options: deducting the dismantling cost from the material, or pricing dismantling and material separately. You see in the written quote which is better for you.
Planned around the season
Hotel renovations happen off-season in a limited time. We plan the dismantling in blocks around the construction teams' start date and finish without putting your opening date at risk.
What do we dismantle?
Commercial kitchens and laundries, air conditioning, VRF and chiller systems, copper and stainless pipework, aluminium frames and railings, cables and electrical panels, and the metal parts of lifts and boiler rooms.
Where we work
We dismantle hotels, resorts and boutique hotels on the Aegean and Marmara coasts, especially around Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye, Çeşme, Ayvalık, Akçay and Assos. In remote areas we keep the team and equipment on site for the duration of the job.
