Aluminium is one of the most traded metals in recycling, and recycling it takes far less energy than primary production. It comes in many forms, from window and door frames to car wheels, kitchenware and drink cans.
We collect your aluminium where it is, sort it by grade and weigh it in front of you. We collect offcuts from window fabricators and facade companies on a regular basis.
What determines the scrap aluminium price?
Aluminium is not bought at a single price. Profile (window frame) and clean sheet are the top grade; wheels, castings, thin sheet, foil and cans are valued at different prices. If glass, seals, plastic corners and iron screws are removed from the profile, it moves up a grade.
There is also a difference between painted and unpainted profile. We sort mixed aluminium on site and price each grade separately.
Which aluminium scrap do we buy?
Window and door frame profiles, aluminium sheet, car wheels, castings, aluminium cable, radiator aluminium, kitchenware, foil and drink cans.
When replacing windows
If you are replacing windows, you can hand over the old frames with the glass; we separate it. For bulk replacements we also handle removal and transport.
Why aluminium recycling matters
Aluminium can be recycled again and again without losing its properties, and producing it from scrap takes much less energy than from ore. That is why scrap aluminium always has a buyer. Correctly sorted aluminium means a better price for you and cleaner raw material for recovery.
